Horrible for English users The introductory instructions are in English, but after you establish an account it is all in french. I cannot find any way to purchase a single ticket. Perhaps one has to identify a very specific itinerary. And I cannot find any way to enter my bankcard. This app appears to be extremely complex with lots of features that perhaps obscure the simple task of buying a single tram ticket. We uninstall and walk or try buying a single ticket at a station machine.

I bought a 24 ticket and upon purchase the app showed me a button to validate it but every time I pressed it I was told there was an error, but nothing more. When going to the ticket office at the train station the best they could offer me was to sell me a whole other pass for the same price I already paid. Needless to say this was a terribly frustrating experience and by the time I was finally able to take a tram I had lost almost an hour.

Top notch app a few areas that could use improvement: - buses disappear at times, which breaks your plans and makes it less dependable. - many bikes have issues that make it unusable, but there is no option to report the same so that the next users will know. some days, i have to try 3-4 times to get a working vélo. - information/warnings are only in French. - for velo subscribers, it would be helpful to show cycling routes which includes velo station pick up and drop off points.
